The clinic would like to assure our clients that we are doing everything we can to protect you, your pets and our staff from the coronavirus.
Our receptionists are able to book routine appointments and procedures, however, please be aware that our telephone lines are very busy at present and routine appointment availability is slightly limited in order to allow urgent and emergency cases to be seen. If we are unable to book you an appointment at a time convenient to you, please try to be as understanding as possible as we are working tirelessly to see every patient.
If you require repeat medication for your pet, please contact the surgery as normal, allowing a minimum of 48 hours notice and your repeat will be ready for you to either collect or (for a small fee) we can arrange for this to be posted.
When you arrive at the clinic please report to reception and our friendly receptionists will deal with your query or book you in for your appointment, our waiting room is now open as normal however you are welcome to wait in your car/outside and be will be called in when the vet/nurse is free to see you. At the end of your appointment please return to reception to make payment for your pet’s treatment. You do not need to wear a face covering when entering the building. You are welcome to wear one if you decide to.
Please remember we are always at the end of the telephone, or you can email us at enquiries@greenlanevetclinic.co.uk for help and support.
Val and the team here at Green Lane Veterinary Clinic would like to thank you for your support during these difficult and unprecedented times of trying to establish a “New normal” and hope you, your families and your pet’s stay safe and well!!
